Ingredients

  • 4 (6 oz) salmon fillets
  • 2 lemons
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat:

    Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Prepare Herb Mixture:

    In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, dill, parsley, thyme, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.

  3. Season Salmon:

    Place salmon fillets on prepared baking sheet. Brush with herb mixture and top with lemon slices.

  4. Bake:

    Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.

  5. Rest:

    Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with additional herbs and lemon wedges.
